In the last two decades, Mr. Mahendra Kotecha initiated a visionary venture, driven by his mother's wisdom and a clear mission. Encouraged to establish a business for community respect, Mr. Kotecha, equipped with extensive knowledge in Papad manufacturing, identified an untapped market in Mumbai. Recognizing the city's appetite for diverse snacks beyond Potato Chips, he founded Amrud Snack Limited. This marked the inception of our journey, introducing innovative namkeens like Potato Sev, Methi Gathiya, Papad Bhel, Instant Mumbai Missal, Fafda with Kadhi, and Pickle. As a company committed to staying abreast of evolving consumer demands, we have continually launched products crafted from Millets, Fox Nuts (Makhana), and a range of Healthy Roasted Products. This strategic approach solidifies our corporate journey, defining the beginning of a legacy in the dynamic snack industry.
Armed with deep expertise in Papad manufacturing, Mr. Kotecha recognized a significant gap in the Mumbai snack market.
